Forms Processing Demo

Forms Processing on a web page gives the visitor the ability to communicate with you. RCS can provide you with two ways to obtain that information. The first is through standard HTML forms processing. This method is probably the most common by far. Information is entered into an HTML form and then transmitted to you. The second method is by using Adobe Acrobat Forms Processing. Adobe Acrobat allows you to use existing forms that are either scanned in or created using a commercial graphics or desktop publishing program. The forms will then appear exactly as the paper copy. The form may either be filled out on line, or it may be printed by the visitor and mailed in. Many companies use this method (including the IRS) to make common forms available to their customer base. Information from the forms can also be trapped and stored in a database for later processing.

Click on the links below to see examples of forms. Note: you must have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer to view the PDF files. If would like to download a copy of Adobe Acrobat, click on one of the links at the bottom of the page (It's Free)!
