Can I purchase the software?
No. The shopping cart is open-ware and is free. If you prefer to download and install the software on your server, you are free to do so. Send me an email and I will forward the download address to you.

Why do I have to pay rent?
We charge no rent the for software. Any charges you are paying on a monthly rate are for server space and bandwidth usage.

Do I have to run it on your server?
No. You can run it on your server. The software is compatiable with Unix and NT. Our charges are based on installing and running the system on our servers. We are familiar with them and have easy access. If you want to run them on a different sever, we can probably work out a service agreement at an hourly rate.

Can I do my own HTML Coding?
Many of the cart applications allow you to refer to HTML scripts. If you prefer to do your own coding we can provide an upload script to allow you to do this.

Does the system handle credit cards?
Yes. If you have a merchant account set up that allows internet transaction processing, links can be established to the vendor. If you do not have a merchant account, we can provide suggestions. Merchant accounts are not cheap. Credit cart information can also be directed to a secure directory for downloading and processing off line.

Can I move my entire site to your server?
Yes. RCS offers a wide range of hosting options and domain registration services.
